Global Speaker Series "Stories from Afar"

Come hear Crystal students recount their unique stories from their Semester Away and International Internship programs. The evening will feature a light dinner, presentations and a panel discussion. Please RSVP by October 2 to Bill Kwong, Director of Global Initiatives at bkwong@csus.org.

This event may be particularly interesting to current sophomores and juniors who are interested in exploring international internships and semester away possibilities available during high school.

Crystal Springs Uplands School's Global Initiatives program supports the school’s mission to help students lead meaningful lives in a rapidly-changing world. Crystal students who participate in the Study Away program return to Crystal able to share unique life experiences with their teachers and fellow students. Reaching far beyond riding elephants, climbing majestic mountains, and eating scorpions (!), Study Away experiences enhance lives, build empathy and awareness, and prepare students for the world outside of Crystal’s walls.
