Chinese Exchange Students on Campus

2/3/2010
Bill Kwong, member of the math faculty at CSUS and Asian Exchange Coordinator, is once again hosting a delegation of 16 students and 2 teachers (Mr. Wang Song Zan and Mr. Tang Chun Lei) from the China Welfare Institute's Children's Palace in Shanghai. The students, who are part of the exchange program Mr. Kwong established 12 years ago with the Children's Palace, will be the sixth delegation to come to CSUS and California.  This group is focusing on visiting IT companies, such as Cisco, HP, Intel, Electronic Arts, as well as a variety of classes here at CSUS (graphic arts, computer, English, college counseling).  So here's a chance to try out your Mandarin by saying "Ni Hao" which means "Hello".
