8th Grader Shares Chess Secrets

In May 2006 while still in fifth grade, he won the Northern California High School (9-12) Chess Championship. Then in 2007, at the age of twelve, he became the World Youth Chess Champion in the Under-12 category - only the second ever American to win the gold medal. Modest but obviously very accomplished, Daniel has now written a book entitled "Mastering Positional Chess" which will be released shortly. The book is now available by pre-order at Amazon, Borders and Barnes and Noble.  The book may also be purchased from Alexander Book Company in San Francisco.
