Alumni Conversations: Working in the Entertainment Industry
The Student Government sponsors several alumni speakers each year and most recently held an Upper School assembly featuring television producer Adrienne Erickson '05 in conversation with playwright, screenwriter, and Crystal teacher Ben Fisher '04. -
Alumna Starts for St. Andrews Volleyball
Lara Bautista, CSUS '19, is currently slotted to start at libero for the University of St. Andrews (Scotland) volleyball team. A four-year starter, Lara earned all-league honors in two seasons and served as a three-year captain while at Crystal. Congratulations Lara! -
Celebrating Tom Woosnam & Alumni Reunion 2019
Oh, what a night! We combined two events into one great party. First, over 350 alumni, parents, current and former faculty, and friends honored retiring physics teacher, Tom Woosnam, for 40 years of service at Crystal. Tom’s remarkable legacy was celebrated in the Theater with a mini Knowledge Bowl that pitted faculty against alumni (the faculty won)... -
An Evening with Award-winning Poet Dr. Idris Anderson
To kick off the New Year, the CSUS Alumni Board was proud to host retired English Department Chair, Dr. Idris Anderson, who regaled a “sold out” crowd of alumni, alumni parents, faculty and friends with a reading from her latest award-winning volume of poetry, Doubtful Harbor. Idris’ selected reading of travel-themed poems transported the audience to Kuala Lumpur, Ireland, New Zealand, Alaska and beyond. -
