Aligned with the school’s commitment to excellence in academics, Crystal Athletics focuses on personal growth and skill development by cultivating discipline, sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork and character. Crystal Athletics enriches the student experience for both participants and the entire Crystal Community.

What does it mean to be an athlete at Crystal?

It means...

Opportunity. Gryphons choose among 26 teams in 9 sports for Middle School, and 22 teams in 11 sports for Upper School.

Versatility. As a Gryphon, you have the opportunity to play multiple sports across the school year, and across your school career.

Possibility. Whether you’re an All-Star or just getting started, there’s a competitive team for every Gryphon.
Support.  If you’re committed to a sport beyond school, CSUS has training facilities and sports medicine expertise that support your passion for athletics.
