An Independent Day School for Grades 6-12
Crystal relies upon thousands of hours of volunteer support from families. There is a variety of volunteer opportunities to choose from — long-term leadership roles (serving as a trustee, chairing an event like the Gryphon Gala) to smaller time commitments (driving on a field trip, providing food for an event). There is a volunteer job to fit everyone’s availability and interests - from the Fine Arts Collective and Gryphon Club (athletic boosters) to Admission's Open House and the Advancement Office's Crystal Fund to Community Service efforts and the school's Global programs.

When parents contribute their time, expertise or talent, the school thrives.

Nondiscriminatory Policy: Crystal Springs Uplands School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
