Honoring Bruce Pollock
After a 40-year career, half of which was spent at Crystal during two separate tenures, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Bruce Pollock has announced his retirement effective June 30, 2023. Bruce’s contributions to Crystal are countless, as he served in capacities ranging from Acting Head of Upper School (twice!) to Middle School History Teacher, and from Soccer Coach to Advisor to Director of the Annual Fund. In his current role as COO, Bruce oversaw Crystal’s COVID response, ensuring that our community’s return to in-person school was managed with safety and care at the core.
All Alumni and former Faculty and Staff are invited to join us in celebrating Bruce at the 2023 Alumni Reunion on Saturday, June 10. His celebration will take place at 5:30 pm at the Upper School on the front lawn of the Mansion. RSVP online.
