Opportunity. Gryphons choose among 26 teams in 9 sports for Middle School, and 22 teams in 11 sports for Upper School.

Versatility. As a Gryphon, you have the opportunity to play multiple sports across the school year, and across your school career.

Possibility. Whether you’re an All-Star or just getting started, there’s a competitive team for every Gryphon.

Support.  If you’re committed to a sport beyond school, CSUS has training facilities and sports medicine expertise that support your passion for athletics.

Achievement. Crystal has won section championships in Volleyball, Track and Field, Baseball, and in 2016  — for the fifth straight year — Cross Country. Gryphons have also won multiple league championships in volleyball, soccer, tennis, baseball and softball.

The purpose of the Crystal Athletics program is to help students become their best selves through participation in competitive athletics.
