In this satirical comedy, a nameless wanderer falls asleep in the forest.
In his dreams, he encounters vain and superficial butterflies, greedy dung beetles, entitled wasps, petulant parasites, warlike ants, and a host of other outrageous characters. As the lives of these insects play out around him, the wander searches for something he can believe in and a world where he belongs.

Part social allegory, part surreal fantasy, The Insect Play is an imaginative and biting comedy about human shortcomings and man's search for meaning.
