Gryphons Take Two on Thursday
It was a great day for athletics on campus as the Varsity Tennis team hosted International School for their first home match of the season. The team did not disappoint as they won, 6-1. Led by their singles play, the team came away with all four singles. #1 Jessica B ’21 won (6-1, 6-0) and #2 Caitlin R ’20 had an incredible comeback win (2-6, 6-1, 10-7).
Both Camille L ’22, and Chloe C ’23 took their matches in straight sets with #1 and #3 doubles winning as well.
On the gym floor, the Freshman Volleyball team took down SF Waldorf in straight sets (25-12, 25-12) to earn their first victory of the season.
