Human Development Day: Seniors at the Middle School
For the third Upper School Human Development Day of the year, students traveled off campus to join community partners in service activities, invited groups to campus for events such as the Special Olympics...
...and, for the seniors, provided leadership on various school projects. Seniors are organizing the Middle School Human Library event and 9th-grade Diversity Day. They are serving as Peer Tutors and creating lessons for 9th grade advisories. A group of seniors also helps on the Middle School campus, assisting with classes and class prep, and interacting with younger peers. For example, in this video, seniors advise 6th-grade science students on a volcano experiment.
