Mindfulness and Meditation on Campus

Mindful Minutes occur a few times each month right after Upper School lunch. There are six different optional and organized meditations around campus, but students are encouraged to do a practice wherever and whenever they like. It's a refreshing way to end the week and enter the weekend.

Practice along with Upper School Head Kelly Sortino, and students Ben C. '21 and Ben H. '19, who joined physics teacher Tom Woosnam in his classroom. Even Brownie the Goldendoodle got into it!
