Supply Drive for victims of the Northern California Wildfires
The Middle School Student Government led a successful supply drive for victims of the Northern California Wildfires this fall. For a week, they gathered items from Crystal community members including food, paper products, toiletries, games and toys, clothes and other household goods for families who lost everything in the disaster.
History teacher Lizzie Rogal came to Crystal from Napa, and continues to have deep roots in the community. She drove the U-haul truck full of donations to Puertos Abiertas, an organization that serves undocumented immigrants and others who may have difficulty accessing help.
